Scope
This notice covers only this marketing website and its founding waitlist. The SwingersEvents platform itself is not yet open; a full, counsel-reviewed privacy policy will be published before it is.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist: your email address, and — only if you choose to provide them — a city/metro area and how you'd describe yourself (couple, single, host). That's it. We understand that even being interested in a platform like this is private information, and we treat it that way.
What we use it for
Waitlist updates and launch invitations for SwingersEvents — nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share the waitlist with anyone. City information helps us decide which metros open first.
Cookies & tracking
This site sets no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a local flag remembering that you acknowledged the 18+ notice.
Where it lives
Waitlist entries are stored with a managed infrastructure provider under access controls. When the platform launches, we'll invite you to create an account — joining the waitlist does not create one.
Leaving the list
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your entry entirely at any time by writing to hello@swingersevents.com. Deletion requests are honored promptly.
Age
This site and waitlist are for adults 18 and older. If we learn an entry was submitted by a minor, we delete it.
